Artificial Limbs Measurement and Registration Camp Held in Manali

Act Humane successfully organised an Artificial Limbs Measurement and Registration Camp in Manali on 27 September 2026, supporting people who need prosthetic limbs to improve their mobility and independence. The camp brought together beneficiaries from different states who travelled to Manali to participate and receive support for their prosthetic limb requirements.

During the camp, detailed measurements were taken for customised, high-quality prosthetic limbs according to the individual requirements of each beneficiary. Proper measurement is an important step in preparing a prosthetic limb that provides a suitable fit and supports comfortable movement. The registration process also helped Act Humane understand the specific mobility needs of each participant.

The measured beneficiaries will receive their customised prosthetic limbs during the upcoming prosthetic limb fitment camp. Through this initiative, Act Humane aims to help people regain mobility, perform everyday activities with greater ease and move towards a more independent life.
