Free Artificial Limb Distribution and Fitment Camp Brings Mobility and Hope
Continuing its Mobility for All initiative, Act Humane, in collaboration with Do Good Foundation and Udaan Flying Club, organised a Free Artificial Limb Distribution and Fitment Camp, where 23 high-quality artificial limbs were fitted and distributed to deserving beneficiaries. The camp aimed to restore mobility, independence, and confidence, enabling individuals with limb loss to return to their daily lives with renewed hope and dignity. Expert prosthetic technicians ensured proper measurement, fitting, and guidance so that each beneficiary received a comfortable and functional prosthetic limb.
Act Humane organises these camps every month as part of its long-term commitment to empowering persons with disabilities. Having successfully conducted camps across Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, the organisation is working towards expanding this initiative on a Pan India basis. By partnering with like-minded organisations and supporters, Act Humane continues to transform lives by making quality prosthetic care accessible to those who need it most, regardless of their financial background.
