Act Humane Organised Free Artificial Limbs Camp in Shimla
Act Humane successfully organised a Free Artificial Limbs Camp in Shimla, empowering individuals with mobility and renewed confidence. A total of 13 beneficiaries from various districts received high-quality, lightweight, and advanced prosthetic limbs, specially designed to improve comfort and functionality.
The camp was organised in collaboration with Fupro Innovation, marking a joint effort to bring modern prosthetic technology closer to those who need it the most. Each limb was customised to meet individual requirements, ensuring not just mobility but also independence and dignity for every recipient.During the event, Act Humane’s Founder, Ms. Harleen Kaur, emphasized the importance of such initiatives in transforming lives. She also shared insights on Act Humane’s ongoing support in job placement and rehabilitation for beneficiaries, helping them reintegrate into society with confidence and purpose.
This compassionate initiative reflects Act Humane’s unwavering commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive community where everyone, regardless of their physical challenges, can lead a dignified life.
