Free Limbs Distribution / Fitment Camp, CHC Dharampur, Solan, Himachal Pradesh

Act Humane organised a Free Limb Distribution Camp at CHC Dharampur, Solan, Himachal Pradesh on 26th June 2025. This initiative was part of the organisation’s continued efforts to support persons with disabilities and help them lead more independent and dignified lives. In collaboration with Fupro, a company known for its advanced AI-based prosthetics, Act Humane successfully distributed artificial limbs to 13 pre-registered individuals during the camp.

The beneficiaries had earlier participated in a measurement camp conducted by Act Humane, where detailed measurements were taken to ensure the perfect fit of the limbs.

These advanced prosthetics, designed using modern AI technology, provide better mobility, control, and functionality compared to traditional options. The collaborative effort with Fupro made it possible to deliver high-quality solutions that can significantly improve the quality of life for recipients.

The camp welcomed individuals from different states, including Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. Act Humane believes that disability support should have no state boundaries, and the camp was open to anyone who had registered and completed the measurement process in advance. The entire event was managed with care and professionalism, ensuring each beneficiary received individual attention and proper fitment of their limb.
