Sarthi Workshops – Empowering Teachers
In collaboration with the Punjab Government, Act Humane organises Sarthi Workshops to strengthen the role of teachers as mentors and guides. A recently conducted 5-day workshop for government teachers focused on career guidance techniques, practical approaches to classroom counselling, and innovative methods to open new possibilities for students. By empowering teachers with modern skills, Sarthi ensures they can better support and inspire the next generation.
Lakshya Workshops – Guiding Students
Through the Lakshya Workshops, Act Humane provides career counselling and educational guidance to students of government schools. Recently, a 4-day workshop was conducted where students explored career possibilities through psychometric testing, aptitude mapping, interactive expert sessions, and one-on-one counselling. These workshops help children discover their strengths, choose the right paths, and build confidence for a brighter future.
Building Government Schools
Act Humane is also committed to strengthening the educational infrastructure. We have adopted three government schools in Himachal Pradesh, where we work to enhance facilities, improve learning environments, and provide better resources for students and teachers. This initiative ensures that children not only receive guidance but also have access to quality education in well-supported schools.
