Continuing its commitment to education and community welfare, Act Humane Foundation successfully completed the reconstruction of the government school building in Bhiyunkhari. The previous structure had been declared unsafe in 2018, making it difficult for students to study in a secure environment. Understanding the urgency of the situation, the foundation adopted the project to rebuild the school and provide children with a safe and supportive place for learning.
The foundation work for the new building began on 31 October 2025, marking the start of a significant step toward improving educational infrastructure in the area. The newly constructed school building was inaugurated on 26 March by Harleen Kaur, Founder of Act Humane Foundation, along with Gopal Chauhan, Deputy Director, Education Solan, in the presence of local community members and supporters.
This initiative reflects the foundation’s dedication to ensuring that every child has access to safe and quality education. Through projects like this, Act Humane Foundation continues to contribute towards creating better learning environments and empowering the future generation through education.
